It’s simple, engaging, enlightening and fun. All our activities and actions are directed towards ensuring that our classrooms are bustling with energy and learning!
We strongly believe that you teach what you learn, but educate what you are! Thus, every member of the SkillSphere team goes through extensive training to hone their own soft skills - irrespective of whether you work in the operations, marketing, HR, curriculum or training teams.
Our team keeps traveling to 50+ cities across India to conduct workshops for children of different age groups. In the process, they have a lot of shared experiences, adventures and memories that define life at SkillSphere!
This organization doesn’t have a corporate structure - but an educational structure. The Founder and MD, Anansh Prasad, is a teacher first and a boss afterwards! This approach resonates in the way he runs SkillSphere too.

Apart from core job roles related to operations, marketing, HR and content development, SkillSphere is constantly on the lookout for Soft Skills Trainers (full time) and Freelance Soft Skills Trainers.
Our core job roles rarely open up as we have a negligible attrition rate - lucky us! We must be doing something right!
